Is Mount Pure from the Tropical Island of Grenada?
  • Yes, Mount Pure is only sourced from one source which is in the Tropical Island of Grenada.
Where is Mount Pure Water sourced from?
  • Mount Pure is distinctively sourced from a sustainable and pristine Artesian Aquifer in the Roll River Mountains. Situated at the base of the magnificent Mount St Catherine in the tropical Island Grenada.
What is a Natural Artesian Aquifer?
  • It is a naturally formed underground water confinement surrounded by permeable rock layers, which apply positive pressure to the water within causing it to naturally come up to the surface. Overlain with permeable rock layers that act as a natural protection to safeguard the water within the Aquifer from external elements and contaminants.
Where is Mount Pure water bottled?
  • Mount Pure is bottled at the source, where our bottling plant is sited to avoid any form of contamination that might occur whilst transporting it. Thus, ensuring our water encapsulates the essence of its natural purity and meets high international standards.
What is the PH/Orientation of Mount Pure?
  • PH (Potential Hydrogen) level measures a substance’s level of acidity or alkalinity. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral.  pH less than 7 is acidic whilst pH greater than 7 is alkaline. Mount Pure has a Neutral pH range of 7.4 – 7.8 which is naturally obtained, unlike some other brands which have to undergo artificial processes of electrolysis or ionization to achieve their pH status at the expense of losing the minerals which make the water healthful.
Is Mount Pure healthy?
  • Most definitely, as it is naturally endowed with electrolytes and essential minerals vital for optimum health and improving body function. Some of these minerals are essential in regulating blood pressure, blood glucose levels, improving nerve function, lowering the risks of cardiovascular disease and improving bone health just to mention but a few.
What makes Mount Pure different from other water brands?

Does Mount Pure contain Electrolytes?
  • Yes, it is naturally endowed with electrolytes collected as the water is naturally filtered through predominantly ancient weathered volcanic rocks and uniquely biodiverse tropical rainforest.
  • Electrolytes are electrically charged minerals that are responsible for regulating the amount of water in your body, transporting nutrients into your cells, moving wastes out of your cells, improving nerve, muscle, heart and brain function.

How is Mount Pure water made?
  • Still Water – Absolutely refreshing 100% Natural Mineral Water. A complete resultant of mother nature’s design as the water is naturally filtered through predominantly ancient weathered volcanic rocks. Acquiring a geographically unique set of natural minerals and electrolytes before collecting and emerging at the source.
  • Sparkling Water – Absolutely refreshing alternative made from our 100% Natural Mineral Water. Which we essentially add a delicate amount of bubbles that the water contained when harvested leaving the water gently sparkling and excellent to subtly enhance the flavours of foods.

What is Mount Pure’s Total Dissolved Solids(TDS)?
  • Water TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) refers to the number of dissolved solids contained in the water which is indicative of the overall quality of water and its palatability (water hardness). Mount Pure has a TDS of 124mg/l, which is absolutely excellent for drinking water. Making it not only exceptionally refreshing but even ideal for pairing with food unlike other waters with significantly higher amounts of TDS.

  • Our headquarters is in the Tropical Island Grenada. The physical address is Mount Pure Natural Mineral Water, The Carenage, St George’s, Grenada, West Indies.


What packaging does Mount Pure use?
  • 100% ♻️ Recyclable PET Bottles – We mainly use high-grade PET (polyethene terephthalate) plastic bottles which are internationally recognized as safe packaging for food and beverages. Motivations being they are durable, shatterproof, 10 times lighter than glass thus reducing transport carbon emissions by about 40%, more energy-efficient to recycle and produce, provide ideal and convenient packaging for on the go refreshment.
  • 100% ♻️ Recyclable Glass Bottles – We also have a limited-edition glass bottle range, which is FDA approved and internationally recognized as safe packaging for food and beverages. We launched this as an initiative to reduce our impact on the environment.

Does Mount Pure packaging contain Bisphenola(BPA) ?
  • No, our 100% recyclable high-grade PET bottles are BPA free and FDA approved as safe packaging for food and beverages.
What is the shelf life of Mount Pure water?
  • The FDA does not require an expiry date for bottled water however because we prefer our clients to fully enjoy our waters natural freshness in its entirety. We label our bottles with a best before date, which we have termed as 24 months. Our best before date can be seen on our bottle labelling next to our batch number.  It’s however important that the water be stored in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, harmful chemicals and consumed whilst cool to fully experience its distinctively smooth Caribbean taste.


What’s the difference between Annual and Monthly subscriptions?
  • Annual Subscription: Offers a convenient delivery schedule based on clients preferred frequency and product ranges. This cannot be cancelled before the initial 12 months is up. After the initial term, it automatically renews on a month to month basis.
  • This means should you wish to cancel at this time you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer service by emailing [email protected] or calling them on +1 473-435-8800 Mon – Fri 8 am – 4 pm Sat 8 am – 1 pm (GMT-4)
  • Month to Month subscription: This is an excellent option for someone looking for a flexible option. It can be cancelled at any time.

NB: All changes and cancellations must be done 3 working days before your next delivery date.

Can I cancel or change my orders at any time?
  • Yes, you can make adjustments to your orders by going to your customer account. You can adjust your delivery frequency, change your bottle sizes, update your account information, increase or decrease your quantities.
